1. What is OKIEEPET?

OKIEEPET is a pet-supplier brand focused on high-quality, affordable, and comfortable products for pets. We design items that help pets live happier, healthier, and more active lives.

2. What sizes do OKIEEPET products come in?

There would be a size for each of our items, please find the product page for more in details.

3. How do I choose the right size for my pet?

Use a soft measuring tape to measure your pet’s neck. Compare measurements with the size chart on the product page. When in doubt, feel free to contact our sales team okieepet@gmail.com for more inquiry

4. Do you offer products for all types of pets?

Our primary focus is on cats, but in some of the products are suitable for gods or other small animals. Product descriptions will specify compatibility.

5. Where can I buy OKIEEPET products?

OKIEEPET products are only available through our official website okieepet.co.nz. However, we were working hard to operate a physical store later on.

6. Do the products come with a warranty?

Yes, all the items would comes in 1-year warranty. If the product received in faulty or in transit damaged, please email our after-sales okieepet@gmail.com team immediately with photos. Our sales team will help you sort things out.

7. What is the return and exchange policy?

We do NOT accept the return or exchange due on the on sale items or clerance items. Moreover, cancellation is not apply when occured in change of mind. Please be in consider carefully when placed the order.

We accept returns for unused items that are in their original condition and packaging. Please be advised that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking service fee, and customers are responsible for any return shipping or transport costs. Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected, with all applicable fees deducted from the refund amount. Furthermore, all approved refunds will be issued as store credit for future purchases under the customer’s account.

All returned items will be inspected by our team, once the returen request have been approved, we will arrang NZ post to pick up the return item as soon as possible.
