All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods, promotions, or public holidays.

🚚 Shipping Locations

We currently ship within New Zealand only. At this time, international shipping is not available.

💰 Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on all New Zealand orders over NZ$75
  • For orders below NZ$75, a shipping fee of NZ$15.99 applies.

All prices are shown in NZD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier services:

  • North Island: 5–7 business days
  • South Island: 10–15 business days

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
