Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with OKIEEPET! We are committed to providing safe, hygienic, and high-quality products for your pets. Because most pet supplies come into close contact with animals (skin, mouth, fur, etc.), we follow strict return and hygiene guidelines.

Non-Returnable Or Non-Exchangeable Items: (Hygiene & Safety Policy)

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or tried on pets.
  • Products that come in contact with pet mouths, saliva, fur, urine, skin, or excretion (including toys, bowls, beds, feeders, grooming items, leashes, harnesses, clothing, etc.)
  • Products with pet hair, stains, odor, scratches, or any wear that affects resale
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Free gifts
  • Clearance Sales
  • Gift Card Purchase item

Cancellation is not available due to change of mind. Please consider carefully before placing the order.

In some cases, we might accept your return, exchange or cancellation request. If your return request has been inspected by our team, the return items need to be in their original condition and packaging. 

  • All original tags, and accessories must be included.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

Please be advised that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking & service fee, and customers are responsible for any return shipping or transport costs. Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected, with all applicable fees deducted from the refund amount. Furthermore, all approved refunds will be issued as store credit for future purchases under the customer’s account.

Once the return request has been approved, we will arrange freight to pick up the return item as soon as possible.

Faulty Items or Wrong Items?

We will provide the returns or exchanges in the following condition:

  • The product has a manufacturer defect
  • The item was damaged during transit
  • You received the wrong size, color, or product from your order

EXCEPT FOR THE CLEARANCE ITEMS.

Once you have the situation in above, please email us within 5 days of delivery and with clear photos or videos as a proof. Once the return request has been approved, we will arrange freight to pick up the return item as soon as possible.

  • Order number
  • Issue description
  • Product and packaging photos/videos

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days. Once approved, we will arrange freight pickup for the return item as soon as possible. The refund will be issued as Store Credit for future purchases.

⚠ Do not return any items without our approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Fees & Refund Method

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking & service fee. Customers are responsible for any return shipping or transport costs. (Including shipping costs for reshipment). Refunds (after inspection and applicable deductions) will be issued as store credit only, and credited to the customer’s account for use on future purchases.

Store credit is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
